You will get your own app to track how you progress. I will answer any support question on a weekly basis. And every month the training program and diet plan will be updated in order to fit your needs.

The price is 70% cheaper compared to one-on-one personal training, and you still get all the same elements besides the physical meeting. Exercises are shown with my videos so you can see directly how I do a certain exercise.
If you want my help to customized your diet and workout, you can make a one time purchase. The programs will have an effect – if you follow them – for about 8-12 weeks. No coaching is included.
