1. YOUR DIET PLAN

You will, once a month, receive a diet plan with at least 28 recipes distributed throughout the day. What you get is based on my own philosophy – living and eating flexibly, creatively and most important, deliciously.
 
You can choose between receiving 3 to 6 meals per day. All food is tailored to your needs, your finances, allergies, time to cook and possible diseases.
 
In the diet plan you will find recipes, descriptions and pictures for inspiration. You will find precise measurements for each ingredient. That way you do not have to weigh everything, such as almonds, carrots, chicken, etc.

2. YOUR WORKOUT PLAN

You will receive a new plan once a month. The workout will be based on the way I train myself. That means a combination of strength and cardio as well as lots of exercises based on body weight and free movement.

The training can be structured to how much time you have to spend on working out: typically 2, 3, 4 or 5 days.

Depending on your needs, I will make the program fit you. It can be adapted to both working out at a gym, at home or training outdoors.

It will be energetic and fun. Trust me!

3. YOUR PROGRESS AND SUPPORT

It is up to you whether you want to track your development. I recommend you do. That way I can adjust your diet and exercise accordingly.

If so, you will have your very own app to record your development. I will, each week, send you an email with a little reminder to do so. You will also find your diet and exercise plan in your app.

Should you have any questions, you can write me a message via the app. I answer frequently.

If you do not have a smart phone, you can also log in via my website. Here you can write to me and track your development.

For more than 10 years, I have been practicing and finding my way which I believe is rewarding in a busy everyday life, where there must  be room for more than just eating and training right. I help everyone. Women, men, young people as well as older. People with injuries, minor disabilities or any other kind of physical challenges are welcome .

Investing in your own health and well being is the best investment you can do. I will help you for just $5 / day  and starting new clients every Monday, so if you sign up today, you will shortly after receive a questionnaire where you have to provide a lot of information about yourself. This information will be used to make your diet and training programs – both sent to you on the following Monday.
